Dear Mrs. Hallerman,

Are you telling me that the Cartier course on how to glue crystal, exchange movement and polish watch case would justify my parts account with Vacheron Constantin?
As for Vacheron Constantin monopolistic practice, please stand me corrected if I misunderstood the following:

Vacheron Constantin's letter states:

"All request for servicing our watches exclusively toward our own distributors"

The Sherman Act states:

" The Sherman Act also makes it a crime to monopolize any part of interstate commerce. An unlawful monopoly exists when only one firm provides a product or service, and it has become the only supplier not because its product or service is superior to others, but by suppressing competition with anticompetitive conduct".
Furthermore you invited me to direct any question I may have about Richemont companies directly to you and instead of answering these question you threaten me with legal action in retaliation of my participation in the Cartier litigation.

For my technical ability let me remind you that I sold Vacheron Constantin for years and do repair them for over 40 years. My technical ability has never been questioned by any of your Richemont Company's expert but solely by you. That clearly demonstrate your complete misunderstanding of the watchmaking trade, I hold the highest certificate from the Swiss Confederation and the Canton of Neuchatel in watchmaking. Furthermore that subject was surveyed by nine Supreme Sates Courts to wit:

"This note shows that that the Supreme Courts of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, North Dakota, Tennessee, and Virginia have passed on this question as to photographers. There is no more excuse for requiring a watchmaker to pass a test as to his technical qualifications than for requiring a photographer to pass such a test".

Am I to believe that Vacheron Constantin's Swiss policies supersede nine United Sates Supreme Court ruling?

So if you don't object I ask again the same question on behalf of my clients:

Does Mr. G and other similarly situated own their Vacheron Constantin when legally purchased and the right to take any decision regarding their watches or does Vacheron Constantin reserve the right to oblige them to Vacheron Constantin service center(s) for regular servicing by refusing to sell parts to Vacheron Constantin owners and or the watchmaker's of their choice?

Please ignore my question about the issuance of policy regarding Vacheron Constantin in the United States, it was stated in a letter from Vacheron Constantin to me, it is from Switzerland.

Best regards

Andre Fleury
