Vacheron Constantin owner can't purchase parts for the proper servicing of their watches. Consumers must send their watches to the companies service center (s).

Per our conversation, I confirm that it is not possible to purchase a mainspring for your Vacheron Constantin timepiece from our Service Center.

Unfortunately, Vacheron Constantin does not sell parts to end clients or retailers. The only parts available for purchase are straps, buckles, and certain types of screws.
